1. The tree branch has severe surface noise. However, our
proposed algorithm is very robust to noise
2. The topological nodes are detected correctly
3. The tree branch is CT scanned
4. The voxel coding fails near branching nodes, besides the centerlines self
intersect itself several times as seen beneath the transparent ellipses.
